Hello & Welcome to my Capstone Film Site!
Welcome to the site that I am using to document my progress throughout the year on my Capstone film! As a student of the School of Film and Animation at RIT I am required to create 3 animated films during my time in the program, and this will be my THIRD film!! Which is crazy to think about! (Oh my god, I'm a senior now... who let that happen...)
Anyways, I will be utilizing this site as a way to document my progress on my capstone film: originally dubbed "Kreatures of Kindness" but now being referred to as "Enoki & the Kind Kreature". (The title is still a work in progress.) If you'd like to stay up to date on my rapidly declining mental state film progress over the course of this year, then check out the Blog page! I will be keeping a weekly blog of updates happening with my film!
If you're interested in helping me out with my film (be it as a modeler, texture/surfacing artist, animator, or sound designer), then check out my contact page to get in contact! I'd love to work with as many people as I can this year and would of course credit you at the end of the film!

Logline
A small mushroom-like creature is imprisoned in a jar in the dwelling of the eerie creature that captured her. Through the kindness of an unexpected new acquaintance, she is given the chance to escape her fate.
Synopsis
A mushroom creature, Enoki, is imprisoned in a jar in the dwelling of an ominous deer skull Creature that collects small woodland creatures and turns them to stone. After seeing the demise of another of her species, Enoki is terrified of the predicament she is in and sees no way out. Later that day an apprentice of the Creature, a Deer satyr (ie faun), shows up at the dwelling to help clean, and takes an interest in Enoki. Enoki is cautious of the faun at first, but soon recognizes him to have different intentions than the Creature. The Faun becomes concerned over Enoki’s general terrified disposition and reactions to her surroundings. He soon realizes why she is so terrified and decides to take action to aid in her escape. Later that night he sneaks back into the dwelling, steals Enoki’s jar, and runs out into the woods to free her in a clearing far away. Upon realizing what’s happened, Enoki is elated, the two share a hug before amiably going their separate ways.
